Pulse Breaking In Your Pulse
News Date: May 28, 2008 | Article by: Clayton Rudd |

Whether you just got your Pulse out of the box, or you're at the point where you're replacing you wheels, it is important to you are aware that your Kick 'N Go needs a break-in period.

The precision speed bearings that come with the wheels contain a highly viscous lubricant. That means it's thick and gooey. The best way to get the lubricant to it's ideal viscosity is to ride your Kick 'N Go around and build up speed. Higher speeds heat up the lubricant inside the bearings, which allows the lubricant to spread and cover all of the ball bearings. This will reduce the overall friction inside the bearings, which will make them faster.
